In-session Action Documents (Category I)
These documents are presented for possible action by delegations (for signature, endorsement, approval or adoption). They were generally submitted through and approved by the Working Group of the Parties or the Bureau.
In-session documents will be revised in track changes at meetings and projected live on screens in the meeting room.
One hard copy of each revised document will be distributed per delegation through the assigned pigeon-holes at the entrance to the meeting room.
The revised documents will be temporarily uploaded on the host country website during the meeting and re-uploaded at the Convention’s website after the meeting.
